"Less than a year ago Leading Edge installed an electric car charging port installed in my garage. They showed up at the appointment time, did the work in just a couple of hours and I was pleased with everything. Earlier this week, the circuit for all the bathrooms in my house stopped working. After checking the circuit breaker, I eventually decided it might be a bad GFCI receptacle. I replaced the GFCI receptacle and it still didn't work. So I called Leading Edge. Michelle communicated her arrival date/time and after arriving, quickly got to work checking the main circuits. After less than 10 minutes, she determined I likely hooked up the new GFCI receptacle incorrectly. She switched the wires and everything started working. And she didn't charge me for her professional help. I would definitely hire Leading Edge for my future electrical work."

"This was a great company to work with and I have already hired them to do additional work on my house. "It took 2 service calls to get it fixed. First call no work was done and we paid $189 for "diagnostic" And, Theo did not diagnose the problem and fix it in that call. Second call was made because disposal continued to trip the circuit breaker. My husband diagnosed the problem and asked Theo to replace the disposal switch and the circuit breaker connected to the disposal. We paid $447 for this work. I feel we were ripped off for the $189 because the problem was not "diagnosed" and no work was done to correct it in first service call. Theo was professional, and responsive. I feel he was put in a bad situation by the company for not making any adjustment relative to the billing on the first do-nothing call. Problem seems to be fixed now, and Theo appears to have done a great job. My disappointment is not with Theo but rather the company's billing."
