"The Remodeling company was wonderful to work with! The office staff kept me informed when projects were going to start & their duration, when dumpsters would be dropped off or picked up, as well as letting me know when they wouldnâ t be there due to weather issues- rain and high winds. All the crews were polite and answered any questions I had. I had the Remodeling Company do my roof, tear down the old deck, build a new deck to code, and install vinyl siding and new gutters. I had had an open insurance claim for part of the roof & after the Remodeling company inspected my roof, they sent pictures of hail/wind damage to my insurance company. While insurance wasnâ t going to pay for the new claim because it was less than my deductible, the Remodeling companyâ s persistence and taking & sending insurance people more pictures of the roof has resulted in my getting money towards the roof for both claims! My house has had most of the work completed and it looks fantastic! I could not be more pleased with my selection of the company to do the updates to my house. By the way, my hiring the Remodeling Company came about as the result of a knock on my front door when they were doing work in the area. I did check them out and saw they were very highly rated & the next day we got into specifics about the project and talked money and timeframe. "I just had my roof completely replaced along with several damaged sheets of plywood. I worked through Cole T. Faulkner who was the roofing expert and project consultant for my job. Cole was fantastic from start to finish. He helped me set up financing arrangements and made sure the best roofing team was a signed to my job. Any time I needed his help with questions or needed to understand something better, he was there for me. Even after the job was complete, he came by my home to make sure I was satisfied with the results. In fact, while he was there, he went around with a magnet to double check for nails. I want to also like to say that the roofers assigned to my house are the best. They were very helpful and cleaned up before they left each day. This was a two day job. I highly recommend Rodas Construction to anyone looking to have roof repairs or replacement and I would suggest they ask for Cole Faulkner to set everything up."

"Ralph Bertrand from Home Genius Exteriors came out to thoroughly examine our roof. Ralph showed us many photos & a video of our roof, outside & inside. Ralph took the time to answer any questions we had. He explained the various products used & levels of warranty available. We really appreciated the time Ralph spent explaining everything to us, all without pressure to buy. The day of install arrived & the team was on time & ready to work! One thing we liked was that there was someone there from Home Genius Exteriors during the whole time of install. Richard Bowan, the Install Manager, was there to oversee everything & he did an amazing job. They placed large tarps over all our landscaping & got right to work. Rich kept us updated on progress throughout the day & answered any questions we had. In addition to the new roof, we also had new gutters with leaf guards & downspouts installed. When the work was completed, we walked around the house with Rich. Everything was completely cleaned up; there was nothing left behind or out of place. Our home looks amazing.
