"Several years ago, we went to Inserra's for a new kitchen floor. We chose Inserra's on the recommendation of a friend and we are glad we did. When it came time to replace the carpets in our family room and master bedroom, we went back to Inserra's. Tom, our salesman for both installs, is fantastic. He knows his product lines and is very fair in pricing. The carpet came in on time and was as promised. We were able to chose our own install date. The installers were extremely professional and respectful. When it came time to do the bedroom carpet, the installers found that the pad was still very good and didn't need to be replaced. They actually saved us money! We will use Inserra's for our future projects."

"Jason explained what he would do, on the day I called. He arrived at 9:30 the next morning and went to work immediately with a helper. When he finished, he explained why some areas still looked dirty, although the rug improved as it dried. He applied Scotch Guard at my request. Time will tell if that helps keep it clean. <br />"
