"Victors completed a full roof replacement (tear off and reshingle) 4 years ago. I recently experienced a leak around a roof vent. The service team came to the house, inspected the roof, identified the source of the leak, and had a team out 2 days later on a Sunday to replace the failed vent. They proactively replaced 2 other similar vents with improved metal vents and inspected the chimney trim and recalked it as well. I am very satisfied with their commitment to quality and service. "I cannot say more about Ridgecon Roof Above All and the value that they provide. Sheldon and his team recently finished putting a 'new roof' on our home, I highlight 'new roof' because they delivered more than just new shingles. Ridgecon installed modern intake venting and roof peak venting that is making a difference in the attic venting on hot days. I do not see this attention to detail in other new roofs being installed in my neighborhood. I was careful in my selection of Ridgecon as I had 11 proposals, all from highly recommended companies. Many did not offer the expertise Ridgecon provided. On top of that, Ridgecon was very competitive in pricing. I also researched top quality shingles and Ridgecon offers one of the best with GAF Timberline HDZ. If you are considering a new roof, then you cannot miss calling Ridgecon and Sheldon."

"Overpriced, way too many money mistakes. The crew tried to hide damage. Even though they claim a project mgr., I was told by many, "not my responsibility". When the finally came to correct an " oversight", I had to supplied both the paint and the BRUSH... and they left me to clean the brush. They quoted me (and charged me) for items they did not deliver. I had to work to get a refund. They left more than 100 nails on my neighbor's property. Do yourself a favor-get a cheaper source. You might have the same issues but at least you aren't paying a premium for them."

"I had a very disappointing experience with Schoenherr Roofing. Can't believe 500+ 5 star reviews are true. I signed a contract at my home and later attempted to cancel within a few days after realizing I wanted to go another direction. They refused to return my deposit, even though they had not started any work, had not pulled permits, and had not ordered any materials. Most importantly, they also failed to provide the legally required "Notice of Right to Cancel" under the FTC Cooling-Off Rule, which gives homeowners the right to cancel contracts signed at their residence. After multiple emails communications, they finally agreed to release me from the contract but still kept my deposit ? despite having done absolutely nothing. I consider this unfair and not in line with ethical business practices. I?ve initiate to file complaints with the Michigan Attorney General, BBB, and FTC. I would caution anyone considering doing business with this company ? make sure you fully understand the"

"I had Martino Home Improvements replace my roof back in 2020, which the initial installation had a fair amount of issues ranging from improper tarping of the roof during the installation, which ended up with rain pouring into my house when it rained. Since the repair I have now had leaks and in multiple places along with improper venting, which has meant rusty nails and ice forming on nails, after spending 30k on the replacement they are now looking for another 1,450 to add more venting to fix their install. I am not impressed and wouldn't recommend them."
