"I had a water pressure issue and called had no idea what was going on. I got Mike's number from a friend of mine and called him on a Wednesday night and he answered the phone right away. Told him my problem and he came out on Thursday to look at it and diagnosed the problem. He told me he would email me a quote as soon as possible. On Friday morning I had no water at all. When I got to the office, I had Mike's quote in my email and he indicated that he could have a crew out early in the week. I thanked him and told him I had no water at all and he called me within 45 minutes and told me he would have a crew out within the hour. Sure enough within an hour, his crew was there and also Mike and they got to work. I had water and pressure about 3 hours later. Bill Walton answered and said he could come out the next morning to install a new 1/2 HP Rigid pump. He showed up on time (actually a little early), did a quick and excellent job and by 10:30 am on Saturday, I was back in business. The guy is no nonsense, high integrity, and really knows his stuff.
