A crew of four did the work, they were focused on finding and fixing breaks in the piping and replacing sprinkler heads. From the initial contact with Ralph to completing the work took one week - very responsive; communicated well about problems and solutions; did what needed to be done-did not recommend more than was needed; and above all were easy to communicate with. Previously, we had another service look at it and we were told we had to get a whole new sprinkler system. Not an option. <br /> I contacted Anne from Missoula Sprinkler Supply to come and take a look. She was out the next day checking out the system, taking apart old values, and generally looking for problems. We got an estimate several days later and she sent out a crew immediately after to begin work. The guys were very professional and efficient in replacing sprinkler heads, digging out older ones, and replacing broken values. Our older system has 3/4" line, smaller than today's 1/2", but they adapted the heads to match the smaller line. What a difference! We now have a functional sprinkler system! "They do commercial, residential and home owner association.  They are very meticulous and thorough.  They do a complete job.  They can provide full coverage, it's everything that would be needed for someone to maintain their property be it home or commercial property.  The employees are skilled at what they do, it's more than just someone coming out and mowing.  They are knowledgeable on a wide range of things from plants to landscaping.  I've been very, very pleased with them.  This will be our 3rd year with them.  For professionalism, they deserve an A but there's a few times they haven't been 100% on it. "
