They went over our property line into our neighbor's yard, which left an area that was missing about 4 feet of fence because they came up short. They returned the next day and fixed everything and made it look nice. At the end, they made everything right and were very accommodating and willing to please. I would definitely recommend them after the way that they handled the problems. I really liked that they had many samples of fence set up right in their showroom, so we were able to see exactly what we were getting. I also really liked their salesman, he came out personally to check out the job and was essential in helping to resolve the problems."

I called them around noon on Monday, and they said that they would be out that afternoon if possible or else the next day. They arrived on Tuesday morning and quickly fixed the problem by replacing the frayed cable. The door now opens and closes properly.

These guys are seasoned crafters and meticulous for detail. Afterwards the whole house was treated with a special oil. The house looks new. John and his crew are honest and punctual. I never had a good fix it guy. Always something. These guys are top notch and pride themselves as artists working for your approval.
