"It went very well! Rick was extremely helpful. My hot water tank stopped working on New Year's day in the evening. I was not able to find anyone to help me, especially considering it was a holiday. I submitted a request on HomeAdvisor.com that night. Rick called me first thing the following morning at 7am. I gave him the details of my situation and he was at my house by noon that same day! I was extremely grateful and impressed with the service he provided. He was very knowledgeable, prepared, prompt and sympathetic to my situation. I couldn't have asked for better service and to be honest I doubt I would've found anyone better to do the job. "After purchasing a tub, fixtures, flooring, etc and waiting over 3 months for the contractor that was recommended by a friend he finally told me he was not able to fit the job into his schedule. I got online that night, Friday March 4th 2022 and found Matt. I received a message from him the next day and on Monday, March 7 he showed up at exactly the time we scheduled. I was already impressed that he was punctual and after going over everything I wanted done he agreed to all my specifications including a closet the first contractor did not want to tackle and removing a soffit above the tub area, also part of the job the other contractor did not feel comfortable doing. The following Tuesday, March 15th Matt and his crew showed up, again at our specified time (so impressed!!) and did a complete demolition of the bathroom down to the studs. The entire job was finished in 4 days and three months later I am enjoying my bathroom and can't say enough about hot satisfied I am with the job. Matt was kind enough to check back with me over the past weekend and is planning to do a couple follow up touching up issues that we had talked about. On a personal note, I found him to be personable with my kind of sense of humor!"

"Quick service, answered all questions.  They arrived on time and did a great job.  We had just moved into the house and the tub/shower in the guest bath looked "tired" and had some dings in it.  They repaired and refinished it.  The price was exactly as quoted.  The time of arrival and the time to completion were exactly as stated.  Left no mess - very neat.  There was a slight "chemical" smell after they left but it quickly dissapated.  And, most importantly, the tub/shower/surround look brand new!  Would recommend to others.

"I Hired Buckeye Waterproofing because they did my son and daughter in laws house and they were very pleased and the basement looked great. I was nervous I'm an older man if I could've done it myself I would've but i'm glad I didn't. My basement was leaking had mold, a wall moving, and cracks. it was in awful shape and completely unusable. Rick came out and gave me an estimate which I felt was fair due to the horrible condition of the basement. I hired them right away and they got the job started right away. Rick came out with a crew of 4 guys the day the job was set to start. He explained everything to me went over the details I was able to tell him specifics I wanted they set up plastic so my stuff wouldn't get dirty and plastic hanging in the doorways so it wouldn't get the other room's  dirty. They also set up tarp to walk on so my floors didn't get dirty. They also set ply-wood on the lawn so the machine didn't ruin my lawn. Over a period of 4 days they waterproofed my basement from the outside and installed 6 structural straps from the inside. The sprayed mold removal on the walls and scrubbed them. They also filled in all the cracks with  mortar. The waterproofing fixed the leaking, the straps prevented the wall from moving more. I haven't had a problem since and i'm finally able to use my basement. I couldn't be more grateful and happy I hired them.
