"My hot water heater broke down and Rick called me almost immediately after I submitted my request on Home Advisor on a Sunday. Said that he'd be out Monday afternoon, but arrived at my house early mid morning with 2 helpers. Simply outstanding experience! The stairs to my basement were "shaky" and Rick did not feel that they were safe to bring the new water heater in and the old one out. While the two other helpers were busy replacing the water heater, Rick worked the entire time to repair my stairs. And that was definitely needed! When he was almost finished, he was concerned that the repair job may not hold, so while his helpers were finishing the tank replacement, Rick went out and bought some long screws to secure the stair repair job!!! All at no extra charge! Also replaced the cold water input valve to the tank at no extra charge. He charged me what he quoted me upfront. If you need any kind of home repair/contract work done call Rick! Don't mess around and take a chance with your money and time! Great people and companies like this are hard to find. Thank you Rick and Lake Construction!"

"Jaime is simply the best. I’m unexpectedly moving and needed to get my house on the market. i had a huge list of improvements and repairs to get done to get my house show-ready. He did everything i needed from painting to plumbing to electrical and my long list of “honey-do’s”. He was neat, tidy and efficient. His workmanship is impeccable. I would not hesitate to recommend Jaime for any repair you need. Thanks, Jaime - you’re a lifesaver!"

"I have a 101 y/o commercial building with the old boiler. Mark is the only plumber who I found that could service it. He knew what he was doing. Even when that horrible snow hit. His son came out diagnosed the pump. Replaced and serviced the radiators. Thank you"

"With tremendous confidence and enthusiasm, I unequivocally recommend Northeast Ohio Renovations as a trusted professional contractor. I recently purchased a home that needed extensive repair work, and as part of the purchase agreement, I assumed responsibility for all outstanding building code violations. I was granted 90 days to complete the work, under threat of serious legal repercussions. After meeting with eight distinct contractors and reviewing their proposals, I elected to commission Mr. Bob Hegedish’s firm, Northeast Ohio Renovations, for a new roof and vinyl window replacement. From the very onset, Bob presented the most comprehensive, competitive, and cost-effective proposal of the bunch, and I could tell right away that I was in capable hands. It’s no secret that the home renovation space is often teeming with scheisters and snake oil salesmen, but Bob is one of the good guys. Not only did Bob come through on time and under budget, the final work was absolutely exquisite. Bob and his team really came through when I needed them, and when it mattered most. Northeast Ohio Renovations gets stellar reviews for good reason. I have already recommended them to personal friends and family members, because I know they will be thrilled with the deliverables. Moreover, I will contract them again for future work without hesitation. Do yourself a favor and consider Bob for your next renovation project. I have little doubt that he will do everything in his power to earn your trust and delight you with impeccable results."

"The service was very good. They were very nice on the phone and seems to be very honest, he would let you buy things that you don't need. He came and did what he needed to do and the TV is working really good now. he knew exactly what he's doing and very knowledgeable on what he does."

"After purchasing a tub, fixtures, flooring, etc and waiting over 3 months for the contractor that was recommended by a friend he finally told me he was not able to fit the job into his schedule. I got online that night, Friday March 4th 2022 and found Matt. I received a message from him the next day and on Monday, March 7 he showed up at exactly the time we scheduled. I was already impressed that he was punctual and after going over everything I wanted done he agreed to all my specifications including a closet the first contractor did not want to tackle and removing a soffit above the tub area, also part of the job the other contractor did not feel comfortable doing. The following Tuesday, March 15th Matt and his crew showed up, again at our specified time (so impressed!!) and did a complete demolition of the bathroom down to the studs. The entire job was finished in 4 days and three months later I am enjoying my bathroom and can't say enough about hot satisfied I am with the job. Matt was kind enough to check back with me over the past weekend and is planning to do a couple follow up touching up issues that we had talked about. On a personal note, I found him to be personable with my kind of sense of humor!"

"Great! Very efficient and neat."

"When I bought the house, the bathroom had hideous pink/peach tiles. When I called about getting it refinished it a simple white, she told me if I didn't have the tub done too, I'd regret it because they would be two different colors. So I took her advice and had both done white. The man who came out to perform the service was punctual, professional, friendly - couldn't have gone better.
Fast forward a few months, the bathtub is peeling. It took me 2 weeks to get ahold of someone to send the repairman out. But the service man came out, again, no problems at all, quick to the point, fixed it and left.
Now, another few months later and the same thing... the tub is peeling again. I, again, am trying to get ahold of them to come out and repair. They have an automated answering service but no one returns my calls. I am on day 4 of trying to get ahold of someone to come out and fix the tub again. The job was done April of 2014, it is Feb 2015 and this is my 2nd repair job needed. I live alone so the tub is not getting alot of overusage, no kids doing anything crazy... so I'm not sure I would do it again. It's becoming a pain to deal with and to be honest, I'm not 100% sure I would use this company again. The service men doing the work are great, but to get in contact with anyone is not an easy feat.

"I had a big name waterproofing company out several years ago that did work on two walls of my house and continued to have problems with leaking. They did come back a few times and tried to repair but never could get it sealed properly. After paying a annual fee to keep a warranty for a problem they couldn't repair I decided to get a few contractors out and look to get another opionon. Buckeye Waterproofing was by far the most experienced of them and explained everything that was going on so I and my son-in-law could understand and make sense. They told me what was needed to be done to repair what previous company did and what would be needed for the rest of the house. After sitting with Rick from Buckeye I had decided to have them do the work because he made me feel so comfortable with the work he would be doing and gave me the best price of the quotes we had. Everyone else wanted to do start from scratch and do previous work I had done over while Rick explained he could repair the work and save me some money since I had already paid for work years ago. The crew Rick sent was prompt, clean and very respectful of my house and I was extremely satisfied with work they did. It has now been 2 months since the work was done and everything has been dry with no issues at all on the new work that was done or the repairs to the old work that the other waterproofing company did and couldn't figure out how to repair. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and have already sent them a friend to have work done as well.

"I have had issues with my A/C unit for a few years. When I originally got it checked out, the guy said that there is a leak that cannot be found, that he will keep recharging my unit it, but eventually I'm going to have to buy a whole new one. Replacing my A/C and installation would have cost me $5K and upwards. I had United Renovations Group come out and within an hour they knew exactly what was wrong. They replaced my condenser, cleaned, and recharged my unit for an extremely cheap price. They are a new business, trying to get there name out there. And they are definitely worth looking into. They are motivated, hardworking, and dedicated to their work. And I would trust them with any of my contractor needs."
