"They arrived on time and worked diligently to level the walkway slabs and properly align them against the garage foundation. Both sections of the broken concrete slab were leveled well and ready to be caulked with sealant. They replaced the dirt that was removed and the walkway now looks great."

There were some technical challenges resulting in short delays and a question over the full extent of the agreed-upon work but the Owner stood by his word and made sure we were fully satisfied. "The repair went well. I had the classic front stoop with a portico on top that was supported by foundation wings instead of a wall so the stoop pulled away from the house. The wings are not strong enough to support that much weight. In my opinion, the builder should have installed full foundation walls under the porch to support the porch, steps and attached sidewalk properly. The pulling away of the stoop was actually a drop or lever inside the wall resulting in a half moon crack in the basement wall that surrounded the outside steps. Pro Foundation piered the steps, in 5 degree weather which was impressive, and sealed the cracks inside the basement wall. Another company wanted to install 5 piers inside the basement to straighten it up but I chose not to due to cost, the visual aspect of having support beams and time."

"We knew we would hire Dan as soon as he came to do the bid. His price was very competitive. He communicated about when they would come (there were weather concerns), listened to how we wanted the areas laid out and finishing on each area. They excavated and placed materials where we wanted them. We had the sidewalk colored and stamped. The actual stamps were not the best (rented items) but it came out looking good - we've had several compliments. They tied the new concrete pads into the old at the garage floor and in the pole barn."
