"It went very well. The driveway, sidewalk and stoop all look great. The employees were capable and efficient. They recommended a slightly larger stoop which I'm happy with as well. They cleaned up all the debris and hauled it away. They weren't even angry when my dog got away from my husband and walked through wet cement. They just smiled and said they were happy to fix it. OCC wasn't the cheapest bidder but I selected them on the positive reviews I read on Angies List. I had two very minor issues (not related to the actual concrete). My contact was Jason Reichard and he handled both issues quickly and professionally. I was very impressed with his responsiveness."

Derek was informative, hands-on and onsite throughout the entire project. Our property is on a hill. We had a concrete slab replaced in the backyard, retaining walls replaced, an extension to an existing wall, stairs between the walls leading to the back replaced and a large concrete driveway replaced. It had to be perfect to properly drain. Derek added his own special touches to make it all come together. It all looks amazing! I call it my concrete compound! "In the end the work was done correctly and problems were corrected. We're happy with the work done to fill the void under the cement slab outside our back door. We were originally upset because in spite of warnings that they would have to work around some travel, they showed up while we were gone and did the job incorrectly (They needed access through our house to do it correctly) and also spattered the foam material on our screen and house. Because it was fixed without argument I'm giving them a four."

"It went very well. Two very professional employees arrived at the agreed upon time. The owner joined them later in the morning and helped them finish up. They spent about 7 hours completing the job, which was the estimated amount of time we were advised it would take. They did a nice job of cleaning up the work area before leaving for the day. There was no mess left behind. We also had a friend who had used Midland Concrete Leveling to mudjack their driveway and they were also pleased with the work and price."

"Jeremy Pope arrived promptly to provide his assessment of the problem and offered several potential solutions. I informed him I was getting other bids and even shared one of them with him. Jeremy was able to earn my business by offering the companies 10 year transferable warranty and lowering his initial bid, along with being so professional and friendly. I had an estimate emailed to me with color pictures of the area to be fixed before he even pulled out of the driveway. I knew then that this was the company I would choose, even though they were still higher than the other company I had received a bid from. His crew showed up at the appointed day and time, which was only 4 business days later, as agreed by me, and they spent about 6 hours here. I took pictures of the process along the way which the crew was fine with, and they explained what they were doing and why, which I appreciated. It is too soon to tell if their solution has fixed my problem yet but I am hopeful it has. I will use this company again in the future for some other concrete issues that Jeremy said they could help me with when we were ready."

"We knew we would hire Dan as soon as he came to do the bid. His price was very competitive. He communicated about when they would come (there were weather concerns), listened to how we wanted the areas laid out and finishing on each area. They excavated and placed materials where we wanted them. We had the sidewalk colored and stamped. The actual stamps were not the best (rented items) but it came out looking good - we've had several compliments. They tied the new concrete pads into the old at the garage floor and in the pole barn."
