"Words can't express how impressed and happy I am with my new windows.  Melissa and Eric completely exceeded all of my expectations.  They're incredibly professional, efficient, knowledgeable, courteous and just all around amazing.
To begin with my house was built in 1978 and had significant foundation issues which we've dealt with, but the house is pretty crooked.  On top of that my windows are really large- floor to ceiling windows.  My old windows did not even open, that's how crooked the house is.
From day 1 Melissa and Eric have been a pleasure to work with.  There are absolutely no high pressure sales tactics.  They are a husband and wife team and are just two incredibly honest and genuinely nice people.  Their price alone is unbeatable.  The windows I got are top quality triple glass and their workmanship is also top quality.  They had a team of four guys come out and the windows were all completed in less than one day.  One of my windows didn't open properly because the window opening is crooked, so they came out promptly the next day and completely fixed the problem.  Now all of my windows open and close beautifully as they should.  The windows and casing are solid, sturdy and beautiful.  
The bottom line is that Melissa and Eric are two really good people who will give you a top quality product and top quality service at an unbeatable price, they genuinely care about their customers.  If you need new windows Melissa and Eric are the way to go, you simply can't find a better deal anywhere else.

"We received a quote/bid for a window that needs to be repaired. Kyle spoke with me on the phone for quite a while answering all of my questions. He even gave me a lot of helpful advice over the phone, encouraging me to grab my tape measure and keeping everything very individualized - very different from a lot of professional window companies which insist on coming out and wasting all of your time with lengthy condescending presentations. He then provided me with two quotes one to repair and one to replace. both very competitive. We haven't made our decision yet as we are also working with a third party payer, but I imagine we will use his services, and I can update my review at that point. "For such a massive project it went very smoothly.  We are so pleased with J.D. and his crew.  From the time we met J.D. to discuss window options we felt very comfortable about hiring him.  He took the time to give us the do's and don't and in's and out's on replacement windows.  The important thing here is that he wasn't just a salesman.  He was the owner and the lead installer. As soon as we signed the contract we learned that we picked the right guy and company.  We were worried that when they removed the windows and saw some the massive amounts of wood rot damage they would come back and increase their fee.  Not the case, J.D. stated up front that it would all be covered in the original bid.  We did have to replace a couple of boards around a few windows but he was always upfront about it and there were no hidden costs.
We found his crew to be professional and very respectful of our property.  They provided daily clean-up as well.  His slogan of "Fix it Once - Not Twice" was on target.  They measured every cut twice and sometimes three times to make sure it was the right length.  He was always available to answer questions and we found him to be very knowledgeable about the work he performs.  And besides that, he was just a good guy.  I would highly recommend Wood Rot Solutions to any one needing replacement windows and wood rot services.

He came out the same day and fixed the broken garage door opener at a very reasonable price. He then located 2 replacement garage door openers to replace ours and installed a garage door keypad on the side of the garage door. All this at a very reasonable price. "The floor was changed from wooden slats to a ceramic tile that the contractor recommended.  The screen windows were changed out to full view custom casement windows and two new full-view doors.  A room-specific heating and air conditioning unit was also added.  The whole room was painted inside and out.
The people working on this job were fantastic--friendly, conscientious, and truly professional at their craft.  We do not hesitate to recommend this company for any remodel job.  In fact they are just starting work on the basement."
