"This contractor was called late in the day after my first contractor failed to show up. He was scheduled to leave on vacation with his family and delayed their departure by 6 1/2 hours to help a lady in distress. We had no hot water or way to cook a meal and the stress was wearing on me. He appeared within 30 minutes, enlisted another contractor to help with the water heater replacement and stayed until we were happy with the service. I cannot say enough about Tim Hansen - he certainly went above and beyond to be sure his customer was happy. We have hired him for the entire job."

Mr. John Sherlock arrived at the time and date specified to give us an estimate.  He returned the following day with his assistant and performed the job in one day.  He installed 26 copper lightning rods on the flat roof of our 7,000 square foot home.  These rods were connected with 500 feet of heavy duty copper cable and were grounded at three points with ground rods going down through the drainpipes into the ground. All parts of the system were securely attached to the roof.  He did a neat job and cleaned up all excess materials.  We were very pleased with the job him did.  Since installation of the lightning rod system we have had no trouble with lightning striking the house or causing power outages or surges.
