"Replaced outside faucet provided access for future work"

"Shannon was punctual and very informative. It turns out our shower didn't need augering but just a good cleaning which he did. The bathroom drain actually broken beyond repair and he suggested I contact the manufacturer to see if it was under warranty which I did. It turns out there was a warranty and the replacement drain arrived 2 days later and Shannon has since replaced it for me. I really appreciated his honesty and helpful suggestions.  I highly recommend this company.

"Mark was punctual, and very attentive to the job. He was very knowledgeable of the old plumbing in our house that was built in the 1920s. After what he said was a struggle to get the old piping removed the new pipes went in smoothly. He was done with the job in a couple of hours. I would highly recommend him for the odd job or his specialty of carpentry!"

"Mr. Davis came when we agreed.
He did the work two days later.
His brother Matt met with me and explained everything.
They are very honest and straight guys.
I am planning on using them again in a couple of weeks.

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
