"The issue was pilot light would not stay on in the water heater. Not an emergency. Called 2 other plumbers besides Benjamin Franklin. Benjamin Franklin said they had a plumber in my area who could be out to me in 15 minutes. They were right on the money. Within 15 minutes of arrival, he had diagnosed the problem and said he could fix it in no time. Josh the plumber was friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly I felt he was being honest. My Thermocouple was out and within an hour he had it fixed. The only downside was pricing. The job cost $197. After consulting with another plumber I got a quote of $150. Despite this My overall experience was great and I would use them again!"

"I received a call immediately , he was willing to come out on Saturday morning to replace my water heater . I was impressed with the efficiency and quality of work. Would I call Compass again any type of plumbing…. you bet I would !! I can’t thank them enough."
