"I knew this would be a challenge going into the project as we were dealing with old galvanized pipes - the plumber attempted to just fix the leaky joint but with each repair, created another issue/blockage - I think the job would have taken less time if he would have just cut and replaced all the pipes instead of one issue at a time - he had to come back as he didn't test the faucets before leaving the house - we had a full blockage in the bathtub which required another 1.5 hours in labor. Overall, he was courteous and professional."

Roughly 4 hours later the project was complete including the time it took him to obtain the materials. He corrected the problem such that it won't happen again and did a fine overall job. Too many punch list items, and too much time spent having to create the list.
