"We hired Thompson Remodeling to gut renovate 2 apt units we purchased in 2019. The entire project had to be done via phone and email as we live in NY and the projects were in Vero Beach, Fla. Todd was very patient with us and walked us through the entire process.. Job came in on time, beautifully done, and on budget.. we have just signed on with Thompson for another gut reno project which will begin in May, 2021. We are in great hands..(BTW, i am not related to anyone affiliated with Thompson and i think i have only written 2 reviews in my life) sometimes people only write when they want to complain, we couldn't have been happier.."

The subcontractors he did use were very professional. They did such a great job that you would have a hard time figuring out where the addition was put on if you didn't know where to look. Brian showed up at exactly 10am. He introduced himself and explained everything that he would need to do very clearly. He then proceeded to test and inspect bathrooms, caulking, water damage, leaks, air vents, garage unit...

He went through the entire house explaining what he would do if it were his home.

"Joseph did an excellent job remodeling our 1960's tile shower. He had to take out the old tile, replace the ancient drain and work with the old plaster walls. He helped us find a tile that would match our now "retro" style. He was very diligent, fast, neat and tidy, and has a great sense of humor. He was fun to have around, worked really hard and exceeded our expectations."
