They texted me when the technician, Joe, was on his way. He arrived within the window we had set. Evaluated the leaking line; went out to his truck, got the correct replacement line, removed the old one, installed the new line, tested the water dispenser & icemaker to confirm sealed fittings, buttoned up the back of the fridge and moved it back into place. So I went on Angies List and contacted Morris County Appliance. They said they prioritize refrigeration calls and would get back to me within 30 minutes to schedule something. They had someone out by 1:00 pm and discovered there was a blockage in the condensor, cleaned it out and got it working again. Price for a service call was $95. which I thought was a little high as we were charged $80 for an electrical contractor recently but is was an emergency and they did respond quickly. <br />"
