They wasted my time! I spoke with Jenna on a Monday morning and scheduled an appt for that Thursday and got off work early and was home by 0945 to be home for the window they gave me of 1000am-1:00pm, only to receive a text saying they cannot come at that time and to reschedule for a later time. When you give your customers a window of time, they have to rearrange their work schedule or life to be available. I was thankful that a reliable garage door company were available!! Please DO NOT use The Garage Door Guys for your garage repair!! I will make sure to let everyone know not to use them!!"
