"Responsive at first. Came out and charged the 75.00 fee to give estimate. Was told I would hear the following business day (which was Monday) and he would give me quote and be able to come out. Never heard anything. I text a few days later asking for update and he again said he was waiting for price on parts and would get back to me. That was over a week ago and still havnt heard anything."

Half way through the job Matt realized that the natural gas fire insert installation was more complex than his team's skills. This company denied the responsibility but later reimbursed me for the first leak repair after employee acknowledging doing partial work. This project aims to address and fix the extensive leaks. Must be completely replaced, cause of leaks appears to be from over heating of the copper as locations are at ALL connections and bends in the pipe, too much to patch.
