Doors were removed, screws taken out, nails and stripping removed, saw work on spaces too narrow was done, old fixtures were diced and sliced, new fixtures were installed, sawdust was removed, doors & hinges were replaced, tub liner curtain installed and hung, caulking and sealing completed ALL I 1/2 day early!!!! "We had an amazing experience with Solid Construction & Design. We had multiple bids for our kitchen and bathroom remodel, and SCD was the only group that listened to our needs, saw the uniqueness of our home, and worked to satisfy what we needed within our budget. Oleg presented cost-saving suggestions (we did our own demolition, and we sub-contracted out for granite counters). From the beginning, Oleg was able to see the entirety of the project and was able to present us with a complete quote. We went for a tub/shower combo to a shower with porcelain tiling. It is great. He did a good future proofing it so we don't have the same problem with water damage that ruined the first design. We are probably going to hire him again for our upstairs bathroom."

"Macc and his team did an excellent job on our deck installation project. Everything from helping us select the right materials, designing the layout, and completing the installation with quality and attention to detail. Everyone we interacted with was highly professional and left the work site clean. In addition to our decking project, Macc also subcontracted some really great concrete work for us which included a new driveway, front porch, and walkway, as well as some decorative stamped concrete in the backyard. This project went very smoothly and the end result met and exceeded all of our expectations. They also did some repairs to the exterior of our home/roof which included replacement of multiple facia boards at a reasonable price.
