It took ALL DAY but he installed an exhaust fan in the ceiling with attic ducts to draw out hot air, performed a chemical wash of the condenser, installed a wifi thermostat that required a new transformer and taught me how to use it. I LOVE being able to monitor indoor and outdoor temps on the app and I can see that our summer tenants are using it and that the AC is working great when needed."

The big boys are insanely overpriced; they act like they are selling you a Lamborghini. With the small guys, I worry about the 24/7 service. Universe hit the sweet spot. Their rep John is a seasoned professional with no BS. He clearly explained my options, the process, service plan, etc. I went with Universe and scheduled the installation. Brian and his two guys showed up on time and explained the day. They were extremely courteous, professional and clean.
