"Ingacio performed the work as agreed. He takes pride in his work and has a lot of knowledge in regards to iron gates. He was very carefully with the leveling tool to ensure the gate aligned well for closure. He removed the weld on one hinge and re-welded hinge. He also welded on a wheel with adjustable spring on the bottom corner of the gate to support the weight of the gate. He also took an extra step to lubed the hinges on the gates even though it was not included with estimate. The end result job is my locks on door function well and gate doors close properly."

"This Company did a superb job. They were punctual, worked extremely cleanly, did exactly what they said they would do, and the results were all I could hope for. This wood frame house, built in 1912 had not been painted for 11 years, and the old paint job was badly weathered, oxidized and flaking off. Before getting started Michael and I went over the whole house and he explained everything that would need to be done. I told him that I would visit everyday to check the work, (I was staying elsewhere, since the house is currently rented) since I'm extremely particular and also fairly jaded, having been cheated by workmen in the past. When I was unable to be there, he would call once or twice a day to keep me informed. His crew was very polite and careful, and not a plant or flower was ever trashed. Everything was cleaned up as they are very conscientious about that too. Best of all, the end result was spectacular. It looks brand new! I had gotten 2 other bids, one of which was just about the same as his, -$5000 for labor and about $1000 for materials - and another which was about 30% over that. They also did a great job on the deck and fence, which I had never gotten around to sealing before, in 10 years- $1000.00. I felt that I really got my money's worth. Michael aims to please and keeps an eagle eye on his crew."

"William has completed many projects for me over the last few years, both at my primary residence as well as at my rental properties. He has also done numerous projects for my aging parents and my aunt. Like all of us, I have hired more vendors than I can count that have been disappointing on pretty much every level - some of whom I almost think I need therapy to get over. He has saved me serious amounts of money by pretty much refusing to do work that was not going to make financial sense or simply wasn't going to end up the way I envisioned it. I have never once regretted taking his advice and at this point often just ask him what he thinks will work best and then run with that. My only regret is not hiring him more frequently in the past and having had to suffer through so many other vendors and disastrous projects."

"We are so happy with his work!  The shower is wonderful, tiles look great, and he even put in detail in the shower!  We also chose a hexagon 1 inch tile for the floor and he did a great job lining them up and grouting them evenly.  He was professional, cleaned up every day, listened to what we wanted as well as offering suggestions, and got the job done on-time and on-budget.  We will definitely call Dragan for our next project!
