"I purchased this Big Deal mainly because I had a six foot piece of siding that had blown off during a spring wind storm and needed to be  replaced. This was done for an additional $30.00 to cover the cost of the new siding.  It looks great.  Micah did a very nice job of matching and replacing the piece and I cannot tell a repair was done.
He also caulked two windows and took pictures of problems he saw on the roof and gave a written estimate if I want to have him do the repairs but suggested the company who did the roofing  job should correct it under warranty.  The roof is only two years old so I have contacted the roofing company and am waiting to see if these issues will be corrected by them, as they should. I believe the detailed pictures will be quite convincing.
