"When I called to see about the repair, Randy asked me several questions about what was going on. I gave him the make and model of the washing machine and told him it was leaking when it filled with water. Becasuse of his experience level, he knew what the most likely problem was and said he would need to order the part and could then come out and fix it. The part was delayed because of the shipper and so we had to reschedule the apt. He came the next day, varified the problem and replace the defective part. He did a great job and the price was less than I expected. I will call him again if I have other appliance problems and will give his name to friends and family who may need his services.
