"A#1 is how is the best ways to describe their customer service. I called around noon, not expecting to have service until the next day, but they were out that day. Every person we worked with throughout the process were great. This included customer service on the phone, the service advisor, 3 AC installers and the electrician. It took about 3 days (off and on) to have all the work completed but we knew exactly when they were coming and they were always there on time. They even sent an email ahead of time with pictures of the technician coming to your house. Highly recommend this A#1 company."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
