But David, their Customer Service Manager called me back and the company took full responsibility for their workmanship, repaired the incorrect installation that caused the water damage (quickly), and then took care of the ceiling repair at no cost (also within days). I believe in giving companies like this a second chance and have changed my review and faith in using Reliant and will continue to use them in the future. I also think their Technician Eddie was world class and made a huge difference in the way he handled it from their end when coming out. ALL COMPANIES make mistakes and no one person is perfect, but it is the way they handle their faults that makes them worth working with, and I stand by Reliant."
