"We did have them come for carpet cleaning and we were pretty satisfied with them too. It was one guy and he was very professional what I like is most guys would come and clean your carpet they want to upgrade everything they try to sell you something they would say oh you need this or that you end up paying twice as much because they recommend as these other stuff and he just came and he did exactly what I want him to do he didn't try to sell me anything more than what I wanted, it was nice and clean when he left and I didn't end up paying anymore then what I was promised over the phone."

"We've contracted with Celina Floors for everything from VCT installation to corridor and stairwell carpeting in common areas of commercial buildings to restroom tile to residential laminate wood plank flooring. Rick has been a preferred vendor of ours for over ten years and has been consistant in his workmanship, selection, hard work and pricing. This company has completed too many jobs over the years for us to count. There have been one or two minor issues and Rick and his staff always remedy the situation in a timely and satisfactory manner."

"Some companies promise the moon and then and quot;dashand quot; your expectations. Some companies promise what you are dreaming of and then and quot;dashand quot; off with your cash. In these times of less than reputable contractors it is indeed refreshing to meet someone you can simply just call a PROFESSIONAL and then they back that up with their actions. Carpet Connection was my first experience with wood floors and if I ever need another one done they will be the ones doing it, no question! The estimate was done in my home by Wes the owner of Carpet Connection. We had gotten two other estimates from tile companies to put down tile floors that looked like hardwood. Wes measured, figured the cost, and then asked the 64 thousand dollar question. and quot;have you ever thought about hardwood?and quot; Well sure we had, but the cost was always too much and the budget was always too short to make that jump. Wes gave the most competitive price ever on the job. He was able to give me real hardwood for only $300.00 more than I was quoted for tile! That was a no brainer. Now comes the good part. I paid half of the estimate up front and set the date for the install On Monday morning, right on time, two people showed up to start the job. They demolished the entire tile floor in two days and cleaned up the very dusty mess. From that point the same two people then installed the entire floor of my living room, dining room, and hallway in only two more days. Friday arrived with the Foreman inspecting the final job and checking that we were 100% happy with the results. I paid the remaining balance and thought the process was done. Boy was I wrong! Within days my phone rang and it was Wes himself calling to verify that I was happy with the job! I was not happy I was elated! The value of my home has increased as a result of the new flooring. I can now walk barefoot to the bedroom in winter without having to put on snow shoes. Carpet Connection has restored my faith in the true business professional. At Carpet Connection it seems to be all about the customer, NOT THE CUSTOMERS WALLET! Should you use these guys? H*** yes! <br />"

"I had the tile near my front door and fireplace removed, the carpet in 3 bedrooms replaced and wood flooring put down in the entry, hallways and living room space. The floors look great and the installation process was seamless. The crew arrived as scheduled for the installation - it took about 2 days to complete. <br /> The sales representative worked with me on the pricing to help keep me within my planned budget. He was professional and prompt. The only con is that my sale rep wasn't available after the installation (he was on vacation) and the personnel in the office weren't able to assist very much. Also, care instructions and details on the warranty for the flooring was not provided. <br /> That said, when I'm ready to replace the tile flooring in my kitchen and dining area, I will use Mr. G's flooring again (with the same sales rep). <br />"

"AMAZING! They installed a glass tile backsplash in the kitchen and it looks fantastic. Then they "rescued" my kitchen floors from a poorly completed repair attempt.  <br /> The work required for this project was far from routine in that I wanted the backsplash to run from the counter to the ceiling with cutouts for floating shelve installation afterwards. Nothing phases these guys when it comes to installing tile. They did a FANTASTIC job on this! <br /> The floor was problematic as I had already installed the new cabinets intending to keep the existing floor. However, after another contractor attempted unsuccessfully to "patch" the existing tile, I called Kyle to bail me out! He helped me find the perfect tile, and got it installed quickly. His guys did a great job of removing the old tile assuring the cabinets were not damaged, and then installing the new.  <br /> LOVE Copeland's and will call them for all future flooring needs! <br />"

"They did a really good job. I have been going to Lowe's ever since a bad experience to buy things. Lowe's was good. I got a good dishwasher. I think they removed one. I remember they coming in with a dishwasher in a box and I have not any problems since. They did a good job. They explained everything to me."

FAQs for carpet installation projects in Rosston, TX

Carpet rolls come in standard widths of 12 and 15 feet. Less commonly, you might find a roll 13.5 feet wide. There are no standard roll lengths, but they’ll have enough to cover almost any home.

You’ll need equal amounts of carpet padding and carpet. Carpet padding costs $200 to $500 for the average room. However, the padding is trimmed a couple of inches away from the wall on all sides to make room for tack strips. Most residential installs have padding, and professionals include this in their bids.

Often, the best carpet for basements doesn’t include a pad. You’ll find this mainly in humid areas or places with a high-water table.

One linear foot of carpet or other material is simply one foot measured in a straight line. You typically aren’t going to measure carpet this way. It’s quoted in square feet or square yards.

There are nine square feet in one square yard of carpet.

The amount of carpet you need to cover two rooms varies depending on the room size and configuration. Measure the floor space. Multiply width times length. Do this for both rooms and add the numbers together.

You’ll need between 80 and 110 square feet for 13 stairs. For unique stairwells, you might need more.

Measure indoor/outdoor carpet like you would any other area, taking the width times the length. For patios, make sure to add a couple extra inches to wrap around the edges. Indoor-outdoor carpets cost an average of $3.50 per square foot.

You’ll need enough carpet to cover the entire area of damage to avoid seams. For example, if you have a 4-inch tear in the middle of a hallway, you’ll want enough carpet to stretch from door to door or the next available seam. Depending on the type of carpet you have, you might be able to get a professional to do an invisible seam repair.

One square foot of carpet is one foot long by one foot wide.
