"From estimate to completion, everything was great! An estimate was given without me having to be there AND without having to put my dog in his kennel. (That was the 1st great thing) I received a phone call & email to make sure everything was explained. I had lots of questions & each of them was addressed quickly & without making me feel like I was bothering them. Once we decided on using AGAN, they set up an install date. The installation guys showed up on time & ready to work. I was quoted 2-3 days for completion & they finished in 2 days (even with my neighbor forgetting to leave their dogs in the house which halted demo day). The end result is a gorgeous fence! "Reco and his crew removed the existing fence and installed a beautiful new 6 foot fence with and additional wide gate in front. My wife and I are very happy with how things went. We have gotten many complements on the look and style of the fence. Reco asked if it would be alright to add their sign to the fence when they were done. That it would be framed so it would not detract from the look of the fence. I said that would be fine. In an over site this was not done.  It's a shame because I believe the would have gotten more business from people seeing the quality of the work. My wife and I have been asked about the builder, but we did not have their card or price on hand at the time.

"The water went into the fence after he left, and I had to call him back, and he charged me $50 more. I had to pay him $50 to change the heads as well. Some of the sprinklers were hitting on my fence, and I didn't realize that for a few months, so I had to call him back and he came and charged me $50. He did a reasonable job, but I was not happy that it was hitting on the fence."
