"Stephen was prompt in coming to the house for the initial inspection. ?After receiving the estimate, I asked about making some changes and another estimate was received the next day. ? Some other estimates were not able to include the changes I requested and/or did not use products that were as well rated as the products used by Mold Drs. ?No other estimates offered a lifetime transferrable warranty. Technicians removed 1900 sq ft of moldy insulation, sprayed to kill the the mold on joists and sub-floor, spray sealed the entire crawlspace and finally installed new insulation and vapor barrier. Because of drying time required, the entire process took a while, but it was not rushed and done properly. Crawlspace looks and smells a whole better. ?I would definitely recommend their service."

"Mr. Thomas showed at our residence after we placed a call to his company for an inspection. After arriving he quickly determined that the area in question was once infested with black mold but had since dried and was not spreading. He also informed us how we should remove the residue as well as quickly and easily repair the area as to avoid unnecessarily paying someone to do it. "It went very well! My inspector was on time, Knowledgeable and detailed. I was informed of my results by Jeremiah, a senior Mold Analyst with Mold Test Company, he was also very detailed and knowledgeable. I hope to not need their services again but if I do, I will be using them again. Although I had no viable mold, I did have a water leak in a bathroom and thought it would be a good idea to get tested. I am very glad I did because there was mold present, and it was a dangerous strain. We treated our home for the mold and the mild symptoms I had been experiencing quickly abated.
