"My Experience with The Roofer Direct has been awesome from start to finish. I spoke with Scott Burnman owner of the company. He was very kind and provided valuable information.He said he would have his project manager Tony give me a call to schedule an appointment. Tony scheduled an appointment for Dean and Austin to come to my home. They were very knowledgeable and explained the quality of the materials, shingles has a 50 year warranty. The company also,has a 10 year warranty on workmanship.The next day Tony called, he told me I have been schedule for installation on 7/29/19. Tony s team showed up @ 6:45 AM ready to go to work. Around 8:00 AM Tony came to my home, he explained the process of the day. He was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He told me he would be on and off the job site throughout the day. He gave me his phone number. If I had any concerns or questions. Everything went according to plan they completed the job in one day. I am very happy with the finished result. Everything was cleaned up and tidy on completion. I would, definitely recommend The Roofer Direct. Thank you, for a great job well done, and an awesome experience!"

We did get other estimates, but Award Roofing's reputation and promptness to our initial inquiry put our minds at ease and we decided to go with them. From start to finish they did exactly what they said they were going to do once I decide to use them for my new roof. The roofing system they use is second to none as well as their team of professionals that did the removal of the old roof and the installation of the new roof. From start to finish they had representatives on the ground and on the roof constantly keeping me updated as to the process, any damaged or rotted decking to the completion of the new roof and ensuring the roof system was being installed to the manufactures specifications. Throughout the process they were constantly taking pictures with a drone that they use to capture pictures of the removal of the old shingles, any damaged or rotting decking to the complete installation of the new roof. Once the job was completed a representative from the office came out and inspected the finished work and as well as wanting to ensure I was completely satisfied with the process. They arrived at 6:45 AM and did not leave until approximately 8 PM in the evening. If you didn't know we had just had the roof installed, you would have never known they had been there. The property was left pristine.
