"Ben came and listened carefully to our wants and needs. He measured and showed us products. Then gave us a thorough quote. We were able to book quickly. On installation day 2 gentlemen arrived in the time frame given. Rodrigo was the lead installer. He went over all the details before starting and then they got to work. They worked diligently and completed the job in a day. The job included taking up and hauling away the old flooring. Also moving the big furniture and put down luxury vinyl plank in a large family room. The floor looks beautiful. Throughout the project our project manager Nora kept in contact to be sure all was going well and that we were pleased. After finished Rodrigo did a walk through with me and we went through a checklist to insure I was satisfied before he left. Should we need any flooring in the future I know who we will go to and I hope I have the pleasure of working with Ben and Rodrigo."

"Adam did a great job installing 750 sq ft LVP in our unfinished basement. I got several quotes on the job, and his quote was competitive. The floor had flatness and leveling problems, he went the extra mile getting it right before the install. He is very professional, conscientious, hard-working, and the floor came out looking great. He went above and beyond offering to paint some existing condensate lines to match the trim that was not part of the original quote. I recommend him."

"Great new floors, speedy service, great price!"

"I hired the Guerrero brothers to replace a porch for me. Luis came took measurements. Later called me with a price for decking. Came the next day on time to start the job. The Guerrero brothers does “Excellent Work”. I was very pleased with their work, cleaning everything up when they finished. Great Customer Service. I Would hire them again."

"Great honest contractors. They did my bathrooms, hot water heater, unclogged my house drain and they did a French drain so my basement is not wet anymore. I already hired them to do my whole roof in the spring. I will hire them anytime."

"I worked with Last Call to redo flooring for 3/4 of a rental property I own in North Carolina, but I live in Oklahoma. They did such a great job working with me, making sure I had pictures of the work done, answering all of my questions. They even went so far as to meet with me during the week of Christmas when I was in town inspecting my rental property! Jerry is excellent and I'm really pleased with the vinyl plank flooring they put in. The installers were kind enough to point out an issue with the washing machine I wasn't aware of too! The only little thing was that there was apparently some dust and debris left over according to the property manager, but other than that it was great work and excellent service. Thanks all!"

"Workers were pretty punctial. There was a small disagreement at first over what Michael White had told us and what actually was to be done.Everything worked out okayMichael White is a coowner and Trevor White is a coownwe who actually does the installing.Trevor works well with the crew but was on the phone a lot with other jobs being performed at the same time.Michael is much easier to talk with while Trevor is the work leader and not as easily to talk to.
..The work was carried out flawlessly, mostly by two workers while Trevor had to leave to handle issues on other jobs. The last couple of hours was a little rushed when the end of the day approached. The work was not as precise.
Overall the job was good. The crew had to return to repair some minor splits and cracks but handled well.
My wife actually cooked lunch for crew and supplied ice tea.Workers were very polite.
We hauled away the old carpet to save a couple hundred dollars.Crew stripped carpet and put in pile in yard to help.
Definitely would use again

"The crew did a great job. They were friendly, professional, punctual, and the quality of work was great. They installed LVP on my entire first floor and then also did hardwood treads on my stairs. They did a great job with the color match and made sure I was happy with the end result. Would use them again and would recommend them."

"Some delays but the work was excellent"

"Excellent service and work. Very smooth experience. Kevin responded quickly with quote and setting expectations for timing of delivery and installation process. Our shutters were ready before we were as we were in the process of painting and remodeling. They patiently waited until we were ready for installation. Installation took about an hour and they look beautiful! Ended up ordering more for other rooms and I can’t wait for them to be ready! Highly recommend JTC."
