What I liked best is Jessup did a thorough inspection of the entire deck and informed us of some other trouble spots needing repair but every repair was at a reasonable cost. He is solution-based and provides various options for the repairs. We are very grateful for Jessup and his team to repair our deck and for taking on such a challenging job considering the height involved. We highly recommend Parks Construction."

He put up new walls to create an office and master closet (including all electrical/lighting in connection with each as well as internet in the office and custom racks and shelving in the closet). He planned and installed all of our outdoor landscape and flood lighting (which has completely transformed the usability and aesthetic of the backyard). He removed the existing in-ground basketball hoop and installed a brand new heavy duty hoop in its place (including engineered rebar/concrete work in connection with same). He has also helped with various electrical, plumbing, drywall, dry rot, water damage, replaced/upgraded appliances. He is a one-stop shop, is reliable, honest, trustworthy and hard-working. Cannot recommend him or his work enough!"

The project cost more than I expected but I think that s par for the course in home projects and Matthew communicated changes timely and clearly. I did some work myself which I appreciated Matthews willingness and support of my participation in the project. Overall very happy with my new bathroom!"
