"Rich was amazing. This job was very difficult. Because of the configuration of my house, there was only one spot in the closet where the tube would go thru. Another contractor told me that the job was impossible, because of obstables both between closet floor and dining room ceiling and closet ceiling and roof. Rich managed to install the Solatube and avoid all the obstacles. It was really amazing what he was able to do. I am not easily impressed with contractors, but Rich was great. "Fantastic experience! Nhoj Snekeim called me a few minutes after I contacted Home Advisor, and came to the house the same day to look at my house. A piece of metal trim had been torn off by a wind storm. I was impressed with the excellent customer service, and honesty displayed. Due to hail damage, I needed a whole new roof, and Nhoj met with the insurance adjuster, who agreed, and approved the job. The Atlantic crew worked very hard, finishing the job in the dark, at 8:00 pm with flashlights so the roof would be secure before the snowstorm that arrived the next morning.
