He takes time to explain things and going shopping with him was a wonderful experience because he knows what works and is able to suggest items that will look good in your bathroom - my only regret is that I had shopped for my bathroom items before I met him. However he still made the whole design work. A huge shoutout to Wjotek for doing the work. I’ve never seen someone so detail oriented and so meticulous in their work. "The quality of work is fantastic, and Marek is the best project manager you could ask for. The reason I removed one star is because I believe the quoted contract price, specifically for allowances, can improve. You should expect to add a minimum of $20,000 to your contract price. I also recommend referring to your contract throughout to ensure you aren’t getting an extra charge for something that should be included. Like I said, the quality of work is fantastic, but the up front pricing can improve."
