"Tom Burrell recently remodeled our deck, and the results exceeded our expectations. He tore out the old deck, re-leveled the beams, replaced the joists, and installed six 6x6 cedar posts. He used TimberTech composite decking with invisible fasteners for a seamless look, adding a complementary border and middle divider for extra style. He rebuilt the stairs, installed deck lighting along the border, posts, and steps, and added stunning cedar cross-members that perfectly blend modern and rustic design. Decks, drywall, general repairs/handyman. Big, small, SHIR can do it all. Veteran and Family owned since 2017. We pride ourselves in customer service! COVID19...No trip or service fees to come out. We are prepared to run emergency handyman services during the COVID19 outbreak. Your local handyman company provides exceptional service, with even better craftsmanship. We have been in this industry for the past 15 years. We take pride in our work, and back it with excellent customer service. Taking care of our customers and protecting their home is our top priority.
"Very well. Bob and his crew were excellent. They reinforced the joists, replaced the decking with Trex and installed decorative screen panels on the bottom of the balconies. Their work was excellent and very precise. They always were prompt, friendly and cleaned up thoroughly each day. My only negative was that they weren't here every day for work. What should have taken 2 weeks took a month because sometimes they were only here a day or 2 a week (some can be blamed on weather, but some wasn't). But overall we are very happy and would hire Bob again without hesitation."

"This place has terrible customer service and doesn't care about small pool purchases (they only prioritize big projects). As of May 14, 2020, I paid (down payment) for a 16' pool from Russo's Pools. I was told my pool would be installed in July 2020. The installer was to go out to look at the site within 1 week. They never did. I called and got no one, only leaving a message or the phone just ringing. This was all last summer 2020 with no communication. I contacted Russo's pool in March 2021 and was told they didn't have my pool nor had any idea what happened. They have given me the run-around since. I was told the installer would call me, and week after week, they did not. Not until I asked to speak to the owner that the installer called me, stating he had JUST gotten my number. The owner discussed them obtaining and installing an 18' pool to make things right. Anthony Russo is now stating he never said that; he says he only said he would look into it. All discussions about pool and site were about 18'. Even the assistant I have been talking to this week has been checking deliveries for the 18' pool and working on getting one. Anthony Russo says he can't do that, and I am here 334 days later and NO pool."
