"We turned our water back on outside after the winter and saw that water was coming through one of our walls. We figured it was a burst pipe. Juan Carlos came out and cut into the drywall and fixed a couple areas of pipe that had cracked during the freeze (we hadn't gotten all the water out of the pipes). He showed us where he was fixing the pipe and made the repairs and told us we could test the pipes again in a couple hours and to call him if we had any problems. I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. Furthermore, he actually stopped by a couple hours after he made the repairs unannounced just to check up on the repair. "A-Master assessed our plumbing issue (bad check valve on well pump and bad pressure tank). Quote for repairs included pulling the pump to replace check valve. Cost was quite a bit more than another plumber quote we had received so we went with the cheaper option (also because that plumber was under contract with our home warranty company). Was very impressed with A-Master plumber's professionalism, speed of diagnosis, punctuality, explanation of repairs needed, and communications. They were definitely superior in those areas to the cheaper plumber, but for this job we decided the cheaper option was sufficient."

"Wes showed up on time the same morning of my original call to Crown. He diagnosed my sump pump problem within ten minutes and I'm embarrassed to say it was a tripped GFCI circuit that my garage and backyard outlet shares. I should have known the first step of troubleshooting...check power source. After I reset GFCI in garage Wes verified the pump was working by observing several cycles. Sump pump replacement has been on my to do list for 15 year life and that's this year, so I'll be replacing both interior and exterior pumps in a couple of months. I'm going with a battery backup unit for the exterior sump. The prices for replacements are a skosh over the top end of my budget, but I'm impressed with the company, so I'll pay for the peace of mind."

"I don't know which part needs to be repaired. So I bought both toilet water tanks. They came and replaced it but they close the door, I guess they don't want me to see how they repair it. It stopped the leak, but the other part started leaking again after 1 year. But the price is good."
