"Excellent! I can't say enough about Juan Trujillo. He was courteous and professional on the phone when I called. Since I knew exactly what needed to be replaced he was able to give me a quote over the phone. The plastic, original to house, pressure reducing valve was leaking and I knew the old twisty shut off valves were shot. He was very specific that he only used all brass valves for replacement parts. Gave me a realistic expectation when he would arrive. Pouring rain and Northern VA traffic on days like this and he was here like he stated. He inspected the problem, quoted me the price again, and got the work done in a timely manner. He tested the system and didn't try selling me anything else that I didn't need. "A-Master assessed our plumbing issue (bad check valve on well pump and bad pressure tank). Quote for repairs included pulling the pump to replace check valve. Cost was quite a bit more than another plumber quote we had received so we went with the cheaper option (also because that plumber was under contract with our home warranty company). Was very impressed with A-Master plumber's professionalism, speed of diagnosis, punctuality, explanation of repairs needed, and communications. They were definitely superior in those areas to the cheaper plumber, but for this job we decided the cheaper option was sufficient."

"Edmund is my hero! Showered in the morning to find the faucet had broken and the water would not turn off.  After turning off the main water to the house, I attempted to repair myself. I knew what needed to be done, but got stuck at a certain point and did not want to cause any damage.  Called Crown Plumber and Edmund told me he was nearby and could come right out.  He fixed the faucet, replaced the handle, and showed me where I went wrong in my repair attempt.  He was professional and charged me what he quoted on the phone. "I don't know which part needs to be repaired. So I bought both toilet water tanks. They came and replaced it but they close the door, I guess they don't want me to see how they repair it. It stopped the leak, but the other part started leaking again after 1 year. But the price is good."
