The first team that came to the house - husband, wife, and child, did a mediocre job at best. I pointed out several windows that had serious streaking, but they did nothing to clean the windows to my satisfaction. I didn't have time to follow them around constantly as I was doing other things in the house to ready the house for sale.

The company sent the same man again to correct what he did incorrectly the first time. He was useless - did not even understand the word "streaking."  He insisted the windows had been done correctly and left after 10 minutes.

Prime Time called me again to see if I was satisfied. I explained that the windows were not re-cleaned at all.

Finally, Prime Time sent a true master window washer. His name is Dean. He made every window sparkle! WOW! What a difference!

If you are going to use this company, ask for Dean and you will be extremely satisfied. Dean is the BEST! He shared that he's been cleaning windows for 24 years - and that's obvious when you see how sparkling clean your windows look after Dean cleans them.
