They installed a malfunctioning AC unit in October, and despite MONTHS of trying to resolve the issue, it still doesnt work. Heres a breakdown of their failures: Incompetent Installation: The system has been plagued with problems since day one thermostat malfunctions, the heat pump failing, and constant disconnections. Poor Communication: Ive made countless phone calls and emails, often receiving empty responses or no reply at all. The communication has been fragmented and disorganized. Unclear Solutions: Even when they identify a potential issue, they take forever to provide a solution. Technicians seem unsure, and Ive been given conflicting information.
