"I am one that usually does not write reviews,here I go. The technician they sent Paul Muro was on time both days he was here. Paul went over each job I had walked him through and he explained what parts he would be using and how he was going to do the work. I needed 2 showers repaired, 1 with a new fixture and one rebuild work. I had a faucet in the garage that needed replacing. I also had a inch and a quarter copper pipe leak on my pool, underground. One final job was to repair the outside hose bib. Paul did most if not all of the work done. He would have a helper, but this person would be called to another job, this happen twice during the two days of work. Ok I'm done writing my review, I know that it is long, but I could go on and I still couldn't say enough on how good Paul was on my home. Thank you, the only thing that got below A 5 rating was how much money it was costing. Have a good day."

"My water main went out on Christmas Eve leaving me without water, Wes offered to come out on Christmas day to make the repairs. I told him we could wait until the next day, he arrived on time, dug up my very rocky soil to get to the water main and made the repairs. The customer service was great and he explained everything to me every step of the way. The cost was also reasonable. I have asked that he return to make an additional repair later this week. He definitely has a repeat customer."

"Buddy showed up as scheduled and quickly confirmed that our hot water flow problem was inside of the water heater. He then proceeded to install a replacement water heater at a competitive price and was very professional throughout the entire process. I would not hesitate to call on Buddy again."

Robert was the first to respond to my request for a plumber and came by -- in person -- the same day to observe the problem (wet spot on lawn) and gave me two estimates to repair -- best case and worst case. Both estimates (IMO) were fair and reasonable. I hired him on the spot. He came by on schedule the next working day, and quickly repaired the water line at the agreed upon price. problem solved.
