"Jeff Griffin really knows heating & plumbing! He also recommended 2 excellent 3rd-party companies: 1. Unlimited Removal and Demolition - to drain, cut up, & remove old oil tank; abate asbestos from, and remove, old boiler; remove oil filler pipes & patch foundation with cement 2. Boxford Chimney Sweep - to run a new flue liner and install a new stainless steel chimney cap We hired J.Griffin Heating & Plumbing to disconnect an ancient "snowman-style" oil-fueled steam boiler with attached "instant" water heater, and replace it with a gas boiler & free-standing gas water heater. Fast. Efficient. Clean. Pleasant & willing to answer all of our questions. All 3 companies provided very high quality experiences! I would hire any/all of them again. Bonuses: Sandy Griffin (with JGH&P), & Daniela Ibanez (with UR&D) provided excellent & timely email & phone support. 5 Stars all around!!"

"This is a great company. I have a 2 family with only 1 water heater, and it needed to be replaced. Chris went over all the options with me and explained everything very well. He helped me figure out the best option for my property with no pressure and no upselling. Matt and his helper were extremely professional and helpful when they installed the new unit. I just can't say enough positive things about them all! When it is so tough to know who is trustworthy enough to hire, it is helpful to know that you can trust Viscarello!!!"

"Rob had recently replaced my kitchen and bathroom faucets and I called him to see if he could now replace my gas water heater. I was happily surprised when he said he’d be out within a couple of days and I was REALLY pleased with his estimate. For both jobs, Rob showed up when he said would and was both fast and efficient. He’s a great guy - dependable, reasonable, professional and focused on providing good service to his customers. Rob is my “go to” plumber from now on!"

"Morris Heating and AC provided service that should serve as a model for all other service providers. They were consistently professional, efficient and response, ultimately installed a system at a very good price and did so urgently as we were entertaining guests from out of town. From the front office (Heather and Kaitlin) to the service manager (Greg) to the individuals who actually did the work at the house - beginning with Julin, then Blaise and finally Christos who actually installed the system, I interacted with very pleasant and effective people."

"I cannot recommend these guys enough! I am not a patient person, when it comes to work on my house. They EXCEEDED my expectations! Their install was professional, well communicated, clean and efficient. Work was done while my twin babies were home, and they were incredibly accommodating. Their service people have been quick to reply to every question I have had after install was completed. I, honestly, will never have to shop around again - Comfort Professor will be my first and only call."

"He has done good work for a neighbor on my recommendation and a 2nd installation (dishwasher) for me."

"they installed and replace main water supply pipe. They responded to my call with in 15 minutes and evaluated issue and gave me a fair price, staff showed up and was friendly and professional and efficient form start to finish, they were a great crew, good work and very knowledgeable gave great peace of mind this is a old house and my frustration with the water main pipe was very trying , Sheila was a great help in prompt service for my needs. they all were very helpful and professional I would certainly recommend this company and use them again for my needs."

"These guys are great. Water heater broke and was leaking all over the cellar. They replaced my water heater and had everything done within a couple of hours. Highly recommend them and I will definitely use them again."

"Replacement was urged by technician after routine inspection of heating system. Water heater wasn't part of the service but, tech checked it anyway. Nice enough of him to do that. After showing me his concern (legitimate) I asked for a quote to replace. Outrageously expensive considering cost of materials. Later learned techs are incentivized to sell service and parts. Dropped them as my go to plumbing and heating guys. Water heater still working 3years after urgent replacement was quoted"

"Nick installed two faucets which I'd previously bought and a couple of water hammer arresters on my washing machine. He was professional, on time, and very well organized! His initial estimate was great and that is what he charged. Very reasonable and professional. Several other plumbing companies had proposed dramatically different and higher estimates. It’s good to see there are quality people in the trade who don’t try and charge exorbitant prices."
