"We have a flat EPDM roof over our family room that had a leak and was nearing the end of its effective life. In speaking with several companies, we learned that only some of them make repairs to EPDM roofs and fewer companies actually replace them. We chose American Craftsmen and could not have been happier with their service. This is a company that not only answers their phone, but is happy to answer your questions and is friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and professional. When they had something to check on, they got back to you in a timely manner. Their crew who did the installation arrived in the timeframe we were promised, and they were also friendly, knowledgeable and professional, and cleaned up their mess when they were done. Another reason we liked using them for our roof project is they were able to replace a faulty gutter and a broken piece of siding hanging down on the roof, precluding us from having to find someone else to do that. We will be calling American Craftsmen when we want to replace our siding and windows. They take pride in how they do things, and it’s easy to see why they have so many great reviews. "Could not have asked for a better experience.  Work was done when we were told it would be done and Mr Gentry check with us at each step in the process to be sure we were happy.  If problems were uncovered they were fixed.  All the workers were fantastic and the end result was even better than we expected."

"Were extremely happy with the entire process.  We were given a timetable for when the work was to begin and when it was to be completed and, except for a couple of unavoidable rain delays, the work went right sccording to schedule.  The quality of the work was excellent, and we were very satisfied with the crew as well as James Brougham, our contact from the company.  Should we need another roof - and the idea is that we never will (!) - we would definitely use these folks again.
