"we hired Cransten to do a remodel of our kitchen, master bath and floors in kitchen, dining room, living room, stairs and upstairs den. The initial process was different then I had seen before with me going over the scope of work with a project manager on the phone and me sending pictures of the rooms and spaces that would be remodeled. Different isn't bad their process worked very well. before the work the contractor Robert [Provider Name Removed] made an appointment to complete a walk through. Robert showed up early which was a pleasant surprise as most companies get there when they want. We eventually signed after a price was given. The billing process was simple. And several people from the company checked in with me each week to ensure we were happy and things were going good. A date was set to begin the demo and the project. Robert [Provider Name Removed] actually asked us what time he could start and was incredibly thoughtful of us the entire length of the process. His plan was always with us in mind in ord"

"Brian did an amazing job finishing our townhome’s basement. We needed help with electrical, HVAC, drywall, and so much more. He did it all! He was very punctual, professional, and detailed in his work. Got everything up to code for us, and helped install our home theater with in wall surround sound speakers, a mounted TV, and all the wiring to the AV receiver. When we had some guys come in to do the missing and texture, Brian also helped with translating for us, since he speaks Spanish. He also was very clean and our dog loved him, which is unusual lol. Excellent service and will hire him for larger projects again! Would recommend for any home projects!"

"Incredible service from the first contact! He quickly got us in to compete a kitchen remodel we started but didn't have time to finish. He seamlessly put up a pony wall where a wall had been taken down, repaired major gaps in the drywall due to ceiling and lighting remodeling, and added a beautiful backslash. He did this all while we were at work, as requested, and we'd come home to NO mess (which is huge with our busy schedule)!! We loved the work he did so much that we asked if he did showers and he moved his schedule around to get a new shower demolished and replaced with a new tile shower in only days! He has been phenomenal to communicate with, went above and beyond our ask, is reasonably priced, and his work is exceptional 👏"

"They came very quickly and gave me a bid and installed a whole home surge protector right then. They were very professional and had all the equipment needed to do the job right on the truck. I would definitely recommend this company"

"Total up front with you and one heck of a crew."

"I’m so happy with how my accent wall in my master bedroom and tile job in my bathroom turned out! Denim did an awesome job from start to finish and made sure everything was done right. It completely changed the rooms and I couldn’t be happier with it. Definitely recommend! Will continue hiring him for other house projects."

"Entry to my living space is problematic, spiral staircase, steep driveway and they handled it with ease. A series of snow storms during the project and they worked through it. Very happy with the results."

"I own and manage several rentals. I've used KP Builders for more than a dozen projects from simple one-day projects to month-long complete home gutting and full renovations (framing in new rooms, adding bathrooms, kitchen cabinets, finishing basements, carpeting, electrical, painting, plumbing, HVAC and more). They are quick to respond and communicate well as they work through projects. They do quality work for a fair price."

"Work was done on time, for a great price. Ken is very communicative and detail oriented. He did small projects and bigger, he framed out a room and he also did electrical work."
