He understood the work I needed done which was to install a water softener and he asked questions about what I was trying to achieve which revealed some plumbing changes we needed to make to have soft water at all sinks throughout the house. He reviewed those options with me and wasn't pushy about the other work to allow me to make the decision on what I wanted to do. After performing the work we realized we didn't like the soft water at our fridge and he came back FOR FREE to switch back the plumbing for the fridge to the way it was before. He really went above and beyond to not only perform the work at a top level, but also offer options to achieve what we wanted from our water system. "We had used Golden Rule for several years. Have the yearly maintenance contract, where they come out in the spring to check the air conditioner and in the fall to check the furnace. We had a new furnace and air conditioner installed in our last home and everything was great and this is why we always use them. We had our check this spring in April and in June our air Conditioner stopped working. We called for service and they made it out that day. The air conditioner was going to cost around a $1000. to fix, so we told the service man that we need to look at a new one. Bob came out and gave us several options which I haven't seen any other company do this. We decided on a new air conditioner and furnace. I asked about a hot water heater, because ours was 17 years old. They came out the next day and installed everything. They are very professional, The service men always respect your property and clean up everything at the end. They remove all the old parts and leave you was a cool house and a smile on your face.
