"After receiving an extremely high water bill I contacted a contractor that I knew to have him look into it. His analysis was that there was a leak in the main water line which is something he did not do. After doing some research regarding various companies that provide service in this area I chose Nu Flow Indy to investigate based on their expertise as shown on their website and prior customer reviews. Jason had a team come back to fill in the trench and a "dig site" leaving the area with as little impact as possible. "Gardners came out and gave a me ball park estimate. They said that was the best they could do not knowing what they would get into once they started the work. The estimate was in the range that I had budgeted and told them to do the work. They came back the next day at the time they said they would. They replaced a large section of sewer line under the house and discovered that it was also leaking where it went through the wall going to the septic tank. They called in their excavating crew and they were there in a matter of minutes. They dug up about 4 feet of the line outside and replaced it. Fortunately they found PVC at that point and could connect to it. The job took they about 4 hours from start to finish and the bill was at the high end of the estimate. I was pleased with the work. They were very professional, and completed the work in the time frame they gave me. I would call them again if needed."
