"I was put in touch with a technician named Tom. He was able to help me diagnose the issue with the bake igniter in my gas oven, during a remote video call. Tom sent me a link for the replacement part and explained how to install it. He even gave me a helpful tip for how to clean my oven’s glass window. I was able to replace the part easily using Tom’s instructions. I am very satisfied with the repair and with the help I got from Tom."

"The tech (Richard) arrived on time. Diagnosed the problem and made the repairs. My gas oven works great."

"Mike responded quickly to my request. My refrigerator wasn’t working and he came out promptly with part in hand and fixed it all at a fair price. Very knowledgeable and explains what he’ll be doing. Takes time to answer any concerns or questions. Highly recommend!! Thank you Mike."

"Service tech was knowledgeable in assessing the problem and was forthright in saying it would be better to replace the dishwasher than to repair it. He even gave me the max amount to spend. I appreciate his honesty."

"Great service, I called and they were onsite same day to repair our GE fridge. The man who came knew his stuff (he was a 'fridge whisperer'!), was well presented, courteous and was in and out of our house in under an hour with the fridge repaired on the spot! Couldn't ask for better. :) My only complaint is that I was charged over $400 to replace a $90 part (I checked the manufacturer's website). Over $300 for less than an hour of labor - that seems a little over the top!"

"Great service and very professional and knowledgeable. Showed up on time, every time for a few visits to repair a broken ice maker. Only thing questionable was when paying them, there was no actual paperwork for the parts I purchased or the labor. I received an electronic receipt via email. It was almost a bit too streamlined. I wanted more details about what I paid for. Regardless, I highly recommend and would use them again for appliance repairs."

"Everything went well. My heater is now working and I have heat. I will be calling back for either a replacement part or the new heater that I will have to get.

"The provider gave me an estimate of the service call which he met.  The provider gave me a price for the new part which was accurate. The provider worked until he corrected my second problem. VERY SATISFIED with the personnel as well as the pricing.  I would definitely use them again for quality of effort, price and professionalism.  They were prompt, courteous AND resolved the problem.  Hard to find qualified appliance repair who do not try to add additional costs- Thank you to A-EXPERT MEL'S APPLIANCE SERVICE and of course to Angie's List for helping me to find a reliable provider."

"Excellent. Have used this company twice previously and was very happy with them so I called and Adam fixed my oven. When I purchased the new garbage disposal, he installed it and I asked him if he could look at my side by side refrigerator freezer and the one I had in the basement with a top freezer and I was having a problem with them leaking water because the lines were freezing up. He looked at them before he left and said he could fix them but had another appointment after mine. He came back the next day and fixed both my refrigerator/freezers. No problems with them now. Very reasonable."

"Pat was very responsive to my message and within a couple of days he was at the house repairing the appliances. He also conducted additional inspections and suggested I change the dryer's vent hose. When I asked why he showed me and I am glad I went ahead with the replacement."
