"This was my first use of this service provider. They were selected based on rating, proximity and indicating Saturday business hours. At first they indicated they were booked up on Saturday. A Monday appointment was made but I expressed I really needed service that day on Saturday. As I continued research for an alternative provider the owner of the company called and expressed he was determining if technician schedules could accommodate a visit that day. Shortly after a call was received from a technician name Joe indicating he would arrive in a bout 40 minutes. Joe arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem, had the part on hand and completed the repair in just a few minutes. The cost and more importantly being able to have a repair the same day on a Saturday was a great value. <br />"

"Initially I gave these guys an F and bad review because I was unhappy with their response to some ceiling damage I received that was due to their initial installation of my system. But David, their Customer Service Manager called me back and the company took full responsibility for their workmanship, repaired the incorrect installation that caused the water damage (quickly), and then took care of the ceiling repair at no cost (also within days). I believe in giving companies like this a second chance and have changed my review and faith in using Reliant and will continue to use them in the future. I also think their Technician Eddie was world class and made a huge difference in the way he handled it from their end when coming out. "The repair was straight forward but unfortunately the replacement timer was defective. This unit was in a rental unit and my tenant lost much of the food in the refrigerator a second time. Because this happened within the warranty given to me, they promptly came and replaced the timer again. My tenant started to monitor the refrigerator which was good since this second timer was also defective, but again they sent a technician and replaced it with no charge. Although this was very upsetting to have it happen multiple times, it was their replacement parts not their labor that was at fault. There were no additional charges. <br />"

After leaving a message with Maurisio, he was very prompt in calling me back. I had an appointment with Maurisio the next day, between 11:00 and 1:00. The day of the appointment, Maurisio called and said he could be here between 10:30 and 11:30. He arrived within that time with a smile and very friendly. Maurisio was quick in finding the source of the problem and fixed it the same day, saving us thousands of dollars. I will certainly use him again and highly recommend him. Maurisio does just about any appliance so if you need him other than refrigerator, don't hesitate to call him. At the time of my repair, Maurisio does not take credit cards, cash or checks only."
