"This was my first use of this service provider. They were selected based on rating, proximity and indicating Saturday business hours. At first they indicated they were booked up on Saturday. A Monday appointment was made but I expressed I really needed service that day on Saturday. As I continued research for an alternative provider the owner of the company called and expressed he was determining if technician schedules could accommodate a visit that day. Shortly after a call was received from a technician name Joe indicating he would arrive in a bout 40 minutes. Joe arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem, had the part on hand and completed the repair in just a few minutes. The cost and more importantly being able to have a repair the same day on a Saturday was a great value. <br />"

But David, their Customer Service Manager called me back and the company took full responsibility for their workmanship, repaired the incorrect installation that caused the water damage (quickly), and then took care of the ceiling repair at no cost (also within days). Maurisio was quick in finding the source of the problem and fixed it the same day, saving us thousands of dollars. I will certainly use him again and highly recommend him. Maurisio does just about any appliance so if you need him other than refrigerator, don't hesitate to call him. At the time of my repair, Maurisio does not take credit cards, cash or checks only."

"Glenn came the same day I called, on a Sunday, the day before Christmas Eve to see if he could repair my oven that day. He was able to quickly diagnose it was the board. He walked us through each step the diagnostics he ran, which I found very helpful in understanding where the problem was.
