After asking for your recommendations and entering my contact information, Tyler called me within 2 minutes. He said he was on a job, had two others but could be at my home within 3-4 hours. He asked me for the model # of my washer and to send a picture of the label on my washer. When he arrived he had already done the research on my washer and had a printout of the repair manual and went into a diagnostic routine for my model. After draining the water and analyzing the problem, he made several minor fixes and said that all the washer units were operational, ran through several cycles and said the motor for the washer was operating correctly and closed up the machine and left after giving me a bill which I paid. He was there less than 40 minutes and gone. I liked Tyler and felt he was very technically competent, personal and professional. I would use him again and will recommend to my friends and neighbors.
