Darryl the project manager was very cordial and sweet and made me feel comfortable with my new gutters and guards. "Pat Webb and crew did an excellent job removing rotten wood trim around the windows of my 2-story house. They were attentive to keeping the workplace clean during and after work each day. They did a great job replacing the rotten wood trim with good quality cedar trim which was cut nicely to dimension for each window. They also replaced one piece of previously broken Hardiboard siding. Considering the amount of work done on ladders and standing on the sloped roof, the quality of their carpentry work and painting was very good. Pat communicated well with me in setting work days and hours and was prompt in sticking with those days & hours. Webb's final price was as originally quoted and I consider it a great value against another quote I received. I highly recommend Webb's Framing & Carpentry....and have already recommended Pat to a friend for a basement finish. Pat does quality workmanship !"

"I had 2 houses in Colorado Springs that we’re damaged by the hail storms in 2018. I was introduced to Western Property and they handled everything from helping me get my claim submitted, keeping me up to date on project status, and all of the back office stuff. With multiple claims on different properties going on simultaneously, they were great at keeping everything in order and walking both myself and (multiple) insurance agents through the project line by line. They helped me get all of the money I was entitled to under my policy, and didn’t even break a sweat doing it. For the actual craftsmanship and quality of work, it is fantastic as well. They stayed on their established timeline, left the work sites cleaner than they were before they arrived, and were very prompt addressing any concerns after the project was completed. Their consumer (non insurance) pricing is incredibly fair as well. Shortly after completing both of the hail damage projects, I approached Western Property to get a quote for exterior paint on a 2 story house that was being prepared for market. After getting several quotes from different companies around the area, Western Property was by far the best deal. Same quality paint, same square footage, and they bid for the job at about half of what several other companies wanted for the same project. "Mary and Bob are a great team. She takes care of the communications and he is a great carpenter from what I can tell. He did a small job for me, working for a community resource efficiency organization, so I can only review from this but he did great, efficient work. He installed some new, efficient basement windows and caulked/ trimmed them out and they look great. He also installed a door around my furnace and water heater to keep the cold air intakes from leaking cold air into my finished basement. Also, did a great job, and he had some un-plumb walls and tricky dimensions to deal with.
