John is very good about keeping in touch throughout the project, so we usually knew what to expect day-to-day. The project did run longer than expected, but that was because one of his employees took a job overseas and quit without advanced notice. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"

"Bradley is very professional and very knowledgeable and on time. He was also able to get started on our house right away when others said it would be weeks. Our breaker box was very old and the wiring in our house was a mess and it needed replaced and repaired. We only had a couple of electrical outlets inside the house and we had no power to the bathroom. We also wanted him to also install new ceiling lights and we wanted him to add new outlets. Bradley replaced the old fuse box with a new fuse box and he added new outlets and replaced the old ceiling lights with new ones. He also got power restored to the bathroom. When he was done everything worked like brand-new and his rates were by far the best that we could find. It was the first time ever using an electrician that we felt like we didn't get ripped off."
