"We've hired Western Property Services twice for roof replacements, once in 2012 and again in 2018. Before that, we had hired them to fix a leak at our chimney. The other roofers who tried to fix the leak failed, but the experts at Western found the problem, repaired it and it hasn't leaked since. During the 2012 job, we discovered some crazy issues where one section of the roof was not level with the rest. Past roofers had corrected the problem by simply leaving extra layers of shingles on the lowers section. But code wouldn't allow those layers anymore, So, the Western Property Services crew came up with a solution that satisfied code and made for a better substrate. They worked with the insurance company on our behalf so that the extra work did not come out of pocket. Because they went above and beyond in 2012, the new roof job in 2018 went smooth as silk. When the next hail storm shreds our roof again, we won't need to get a bunch of estimates and wonder who we should hire. We'll go straight to Western Property Services.
