"Had an awesome experience with these guys. We had to do both radon mitigation and sump pump installation. I called 5-10 different places to get quotes, they were the most affordable by a decent margin. Kratos was really great- he was on time, very friendly, wasn't annoyed by our dogs constantly being at his side, etc. He finished the job very quickly and gave great education on how the system works and what we should be looking for to ensure it's functioning well. Additionally, he randomly fixed an electrical issue we were having with some outlets! Totally not his job, but I asked him if he knew a good electrician and by doing some basic trouble-shooting he was able to fix it and save us the cost of having an electrician come by! "The contractor removed one tank containing filtering media the added a larger one with a media that was sufficient for the iron content that had to be removed.  He further adjusted the system and corrected the water flow and backwash cycle.   Other tanks were cleaned along with the flow valve for proper functioning. The contractor was in and out in four hours using two workers that were both polite and competent. Everything was cleaned up and was left in better shape than when they arrived. From the time they put the new system on line our water has been perfect.  We are so happy after several contractors worked on our system for 10 years and none of them has gotten it right. <br /> WE RECOMMEND THIS CONTRACTOR TO ANYONE WITH BAD DRINKING WATER!"

"We needed to replace our water heater that was leaking, and we decided to go to a tankless Rennai. The owner of the company came out himself to look at the space and to make sure he gave me an accurate quote. He took measurements, and explained my options to me. This was my third quote, and while it ws the middle and not the cheapest they came across as very dependable and this was important as I needed the job done ASAP. They came out within a week of the initial visit and completely removed my old water heater, installed the new tankless heater and tested everything all while I was at work. They came back after I got home from work to make sure I was happy with everything and to show me how to use the controller I elected to have installed as well. They cleaned up everything and left the space better than it started. Very professional, and they even made sure I knew about the Excel rebate (which I hadn't known about) and helped me fill out the paperwork to make sure I got the rebate. Would happily recommend them for any plumbing job. Of course while they were they I asked them to give me an estimate on replacing our house heater as well, and they are going to be coming back in a few months to do that project at well. <br /> While the price was still very expensive, I feel that after comparing all three quotes the price was fair for the quality work that was done. Also, we had the 72 unit put in, which seems to be the most common Rennai unit recommended for a typical single family home. We have had the unit in for a month now and are absolutely thrilled with it, no problems at all. <br />"

"They are honest about things that needed to be done, that he could or could not do. He has a lot going on and so he has to work on bigger project first but that is common. Sometimes if he do not have a big job you cannot really expect to get quick service, that kind of goes for a lot of people. I would use his services again in the future, as eventually it’s the right thing."

"<p>Five different to completely resolve the AC issues. First was to clean condenser, 4 hrs. of work for initial price. OUTSTANDING!</p> <p>Second, third, and fourth visit used time to eval the roller fan and sync. This caused the condenser to freeze out and have leak on mother board then needing replacement. </p> <p>Fifth visit was again refrigerant to freeze over. Placed fan on high for three days while keeping control board dry by fans.</p> <p>However expansion valves needing replacement, was explained and educated on prevented AC maintenance. Great work ethic and attitude. I'll hire them again, as I have gotten to know the two techs that have had follow thru on the unit.</p> <p>    </p>"
