I had no problems having them work at my house without anyone being home. We replaced everything in the bathroom...demo’d down to the studs. Heated floors, custom shower doors, beautiful herringbone pattern subway tiles and a large waterfall shower head. We are so happy with Jakubek that we are now having them give us estimates on putting in hardwood floors throughout the house!"

"We used Above & Beyond Construction to gut and remodel one full and one half bathroom in our 1960-built house. This was our first big home remodeling project and we couldn’t have been happier with the results. Chester and his crew were easy to work and communicate with, kept us updated with timing and progress, and identified additional issues that needed to be addressed (aka some really nasty old corroded cast iron pipes and cracked joists in our basement) to prevent future catastrophes. If we hadn’t fixed them we know we’d have ended up having to rip out the beautiful new bathroom within 6 months due to the failure of the old plumbing! They take pride in their work and take care to protect the rest of the house from dust and dirt, completely clean up the work site at the end of every day, and we had no problem trusting any of them in the house when we couldn’t be home. There were no budget surprises, either; the estimate was right on target. When we get up the nerve to tackle the gut rehab of our old kitchen we will look no further than Above & Beyond Construction!"

Then I met the crew John, Mike and Ziggy. We had a great relationship. Everything that was to be accomplished was explained to me on a daily bases. By the end of the project we had a bond and it felt like family. I also learned quite a bit in the process. I am total fascinated with my new bathroom. Based on the quality of workmanship, timeliness of completion and all around ease of working with Ryan and his crew, we again enlisted his help. "I could not be more pleased with Kris' work. His attention to detail and craftmanship is superb. My bathroom was a complete gut job. He removed floor tile, redid the drywall, moved the toilet, replaced the sink and moved the electrical for the light. He also replaced the bathroom door and door leading to my garage, painting both. The floor tiles look beautiful, as does the trim that tops it. The new sink, mirror and light are lined up perfectly. The paint job is flawless. It took 4 days and each day when I got home from work I could not believe how clean the area near the bathroom was. The bathroom door was closed and you would have no idea that major work was being done. After he finished for good, my garage never looked cleaner! Kris has already been back to give me estimates on a full bath remodel and replacement of all doors on my second floor. He is very honest. I was not at home when he did the work and had no qualms about leaving him in my home alone."
